What subscription plans do you offer?

We offer four plans: One-time ($11/month), 3-month ($10/month, billed $30), 6-month ($9.50/month, billed $57), and Yearly ($9/month, billed $108). All plans include free shipping.

When will my letter ship?

We ship all letters once per month via USPS. Orders placed by the 15th ship by the 20th. Delivery typically takes 2–10 days after shipping.

What comes inside each envelope?

Each monthly envelope includes a Curiosity Column, a pre-stamped postcard, a word puzzle, a sticky note task, focus questions, and stickers.

Can I give a subscription as a gift?

Yes! The Reconnection Club makes a wonderful gift. Visit our gift page to choose a plan and send a beautiful notification to your recipient.

Can I cancel my subscription at any time?

Accepted Answer

Yes — you can cancel anytime before your next billing date and you won't be charged again. Any letters already paid for will still be sent.
